Located on Level 7 fCone fX Senayan Jakarta, Intel Indonesia introduced a line of its newest processor that is a part of the second generation Core processors family. Using a name code Sandy Bridge, this processor family is technically using a 32-nm process technology, which is the distance between a transistor to another. There are new series of Core i3, i5, and i7 which are focused on helping users overall productivity, particularly for those related to multimedia.

The event began with a welcome speech from Debjani Ghosh, director of Intel Southeast Asia. He said that Indonesia is one of the PC market with the most rapid growth in the world. Of course, other than those related to productivity, mostly the use of PC is also connected to the Internet. Based on the survey that 40% of Internet consumption is related to multimedia, but we know that the Internet connection in Indonesia generally is not very fast.

Memiliki sandi nama Sandy Bridge, keluarga prosesor ini secara teknis menggunakan teknologi proses 32-nm, yang merupakan jarak antara sebuah transistor ke transistor yang lain. Terdapat seri baru Core i3, i5, dan i7 yang difokuskan untuk membantu produktivitas pengguna secara keseluruhan, terutama yang berhubungan dengan multimedia.

Acara dimulai dengan sambutan Debjani Ghosh, Director Intel Southeast Asia. Beliau mengatakan bahwa Indonesia adalah salah satu pasar PC dengan pertumbuhan paling pesat di dunia. Tentunya selain yang berhubungan dengan produktivitas, penggunaan PC paling besar juga berhubungan dengan Internet. Berdasarkan survei disebutkan bahwa 40% konsumsi Internet berhubungan dengan multimedia, padahal kita tahu bahwa Internet di Indonesia secara umum tidaklah cepat-cepat amat.
