Sajian Sedap is Now Available for BlackBerry, Android and Symbian^3

Sajian Sedap is reaching out to BlackBerry, Android and Symbian^3 (Nokia). They are currently web based with comprehensive information. According to Bernardus Sumartok from Kompas Gramedia who published this application, quoted from StartUp Lokal mailing list, “(Sajian Sedap) is a mobile application to find food recipes. Recipes can be searched based on ingredients at hand or specifically by name. There are over 20.000 recipes and all have been tested in Sajian Sedap’s kitchen. What does it mean? It means if we cook 5 recipes every day, you’ll need 15 years to cook them all. Other than recipes we have features like shopping list, you can send the shopping list by SMS or email. There’s also meal planner, so you can plan your cooking for the whole week, and there’s also reminder.”

Housewives are definitely not to be taken for granted and developers know their way to use this niche. Previously Apps Foundry collaborated with Kartini Magazine to release Selera Nusantara on iPad with similar content. There’s also Sedapur to accommodate online food sellers.

Lunch Time? Check out “Makan Di Mana” Before You Go

One application that will help you to choose a lunch spot is Makan Di Mana (Where to Eat) developed by PT Agranet Multicitra Siberkom, the owner of the famous news portal Detik.com. Available for iOS platform (iPhone) and Android, this free application offers a list of restaurants / places to dine in almost all over Indonesia. Indeed, most information is still in around Jakarta and major cities in Java, but if you check the list in other cities there are also already listed, for example in Banda Aceh or in Ambon.

There are five main features in this application, which are Promo, Nearest, Area & Category, Ask @ Bondan and Recommendations. From the five menus, the Nearest feature is the most useful for me right now.

Pengguna Snaptu Terus Bertambah, Capai 10 Juta Orang

Pengguna aplikasi Snaptu terus bertumbuh, seperti yang dituliskan oleh TechCrunch, pengguna yang terdaftar atau yang menggunakan aplikasi ini telah mencapai 10 juta orang. Selain itu, Snaptu juga dikabarkan mendapatkan suntikan dana sebesar 6 juta Dollar (series Funding B).

Snaptu secara sederhana bisa dijelaskan sebagai sebuah aplikasi yang bisa memberikan pengalaman menggunakan mobile internet yang lengkap, semacam all-in-one application yang didalamnya terdapat berbagai layanan lain seperti akses ke Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, aplikasi untuk membaca berbagai berita dan blog, serta masih banyak lagi.
