Not Yet Monetizing, GrabTaxi Claims Consistently Pay Driver’s Income Tax

Within his statement a couple of days ago GrabTaxi’s Head of Marketing Kiki Rizky, representing GrabTaxi, contended that her team pay the tax. Well, it turns out the tax she said referred to the monthly income tax of GrabTaxi’s partners. Regarding the company tax, Rizki claimed that they are ready to pay once they have made the money flow positive. Currently it’s yet to monetize. Belum Monetisasi, GrabTaxi Klaim Rutin Bayar Pajak Penghasilan Pengemudi

Dalam pernyataannya beberapa hari lalu Head of Marketing GrabTaxi Kiki Rizky mewakili GrabTaxi memaparkan bahwa pihaknya telah memastikan membayar pajak. Ternyata pajak yang dimaksud ialah pajak penghasilan para pengemudi mitra GrabTaxi setiap bulannya. Mengenai pajak perusahaan, Kiki mengatakan siap membayar nanti jika telah memiliki pemasukan. GrabTaxi saat ini menyatakan belum melakukan monetisasi.

Judging the Competence of Bike Transportation Services in Jakarta

Mode of transportation with high maneuver capability is indeed essential in Jakarta, where everything needs to be done in seconds, not to mention the crowd it presents. During my brief discussion with GrabTaxi’s Head of Marketing Kiki Rizky, each major city in Southeast Asia has its own preferences when it comes to transportation. GrabTaxi’s internal research revealed that ojek is the most favorite mode of transportation  in Jakarta. This was actually found out first by Antar.id (previously Indojek) within last year’s second batch of Ideabox. Nonetheless, Go-Jek successfully implemented the idea first before the team did.
