PINPON Wins Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 Malang Chapter

Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 which was held in two cities, Yogyakarta and Malang are over. After the announcement of Yogyakarta chapter winner, Mindtalk today announced the winners of Malang chapter on the official channel at #MindtalkAppsDay. As we mentioned in previous articles, the enthusiasm of Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 (Malang chapter) which was held on 14th to 15th April 2012 was very surprising.

The numbers of developers who follow the hackathon were higher than Yogyakarta. There were 48 people (individually or in groups), and they produced 14 pieces of applications which have been worked for over 24 hours non-stop.

PINPON Menangkan Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 Chapter Malang

Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 yang diselenggarakan di dua kota yaitu Yogyakarta dan Malang sudah usai dilaksanakan. Setelah pengumuman pemenang untuk chapter Yogyakarta sudah diumumkan, kini Mindtalk mengumumkan pemenang untuk chapter Malang pada channel resmi event ini di #MindtalkAppsDay. Seperti yang kami sebutkan pada artikel sebelumnya, antusiasme Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 chapter Malang yang diadakan pada tanggal 14 – 15 April 2012 yang lalu sangat mengejutkan.

Jumlah developer yang mengikuti hackathon sendiri lebih tinggi dibandingkan di Yogyakarta, yaitu berjumlah 48 orang baik itu individu maupun kelompok, dan menghasilkan 14 buah aplikasi yang dikerjakan selama 24 jam Nonstop.

A Note from Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 in Malang and Potential of Local Developer

Mindtalk recently held hackathons in two cities; Yogyakarta and Malang. Last week, we reported about Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 in Yogyakarta. We didn’t get the chance to attend Mindtalk AppsDay in Malang, but the event was broadcast on MIndTalk in its #MindtalkAppsDay channel and Stasion community’s official Facebook Group timeline.

Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 in Malang was held on April 14-15, 2012. The event was not that different with the hackathon held previously in Yogyakarta where developers were challenged to create an application using Mindtalk’s API for 24 hours nonstop.

Catatan Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 Chapter Malang dan Potensi Developer Lokal

Event hackathon yang diadakan social chanel Mindtalk.com telah selesai dilaksanakan di dua kota yaitu Yogyakarta dan Malang. Minggu lalu kami sudah memberitakan tentang Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 chapter Yogyakarta. Walaupun, kami tidak berkesempatan hadir di Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 chapter Malang, meskipun begitu kami terus meng-update event ini melalui channel #MindtalkAppsDay dan timeline Facebook group resmi komunitas Stasion.

Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 chapter Malang sendiri diselenggarakan pada 14 – 15 April 2012 yang lalu. Acaranya pun tidak jauh dengan hackathon yang diadakan sebelumnya di Yogyakarta, dimana para developer ditantang untuk membuat aplikasi dengan API Mindtalk selama 24jam nonstop. Menariknya, antusiasme peserta yang hackathon Mindtalk AppsDay 2012 ini sangat tinggi. Total peserta yang mengikuti hackathon ini berjumlah 48 orang, dimana dari ke-48 orang tersebut terdiri dari 14 tim dan 5 individu. Dan menghasilkan 14 aplikasi yang termasuk kategori umum, Blibli apps, dan game. Jumlah ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan Yogyakarta yang menghasilkan sekitar 10 aplikasi.

MindTalk Challenges Developers to Build Local Apps

MindTalk.com, a local social media tool (more adept to be called social channel), is holding a competition called MindTalk Apps Day 2012. The competition challenges local developers, individual or group (3 people max), to build applications using MindTalk’s platform for 24 hours nonstop (hackathon). MindTalk Apps Day 2012 will be held in two cities, Yogyakarta and Malang.

In Yogyakarta, the event will be held on April 5 – 6, 2012 which will take place at University Club, Gajah Mada University – Jl. Pancasila no. 2, Bulaksumur, and in Malang on April 14 – 15, 2012 at Hotel Pelangi – Jl. Merdeka Selatan no, 3. At both venues, the event will be held from 13.30 WIB (first day) until 13.30 WIB (last day). As we have mentioned above, the event will be held for 24 hours nonstop just like usual hackathons.

Registration for MindTalk Apss Day 2012 in Yogyakarta was opened on March 21, 2012 – April 2, 2012, while registration for Malang is still open until April 9, 2012.

Mindtalk Tantang Developer Kembangkan Aplikasi Lokal

MindTalk.com, sebuah tool social media buatan lokal (lebih tepat disebut social channel) mengadakan sebuah kompetisi bernama MindTalk Apps Day 2012. Kompetisi ini menantang para developer lokal baik individu maupun kelompok (maksimal 3 orang) untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi dengan menggunakan platform MindTalk selama 24 jam nonstop (hackathon). MindTalk Apps Day 2012 sendiri akan dilaksanakan di dua kota yaitu di Yogyakarta dan Malang.

Di Yogyakarta, acara ini akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 – 6 April 2012 yang bertempat di University Club Universitas Gadjah Mada – Jl. Pancasila No. 2, Bulaksumur, Yogyakarta dan di Malang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 – 15 April 2012 yang bertempat di Hotel Pelangi – Jl. Merdeka Selatan No. 3. Di kedua kota tersebut MindTalk Apps Day 2012 akan dilaksanakan pada pukul 13.30 (hari pertama) – 13.30 WIB (hari terakhir), seperti yang kami sebutkan sebelumnya acara ini digelar selama 24 jam nonstop yang mirip hackathon pada umumnya.

Coming Soon: Sembuh.in

Several days ago in the Facebook Group community startup from Malang, Station (closed group) enlivened with a post about the release of new mobile services relating to health segment. The new service is called Sembuh.in.

From the information that we get on the site, “Sembuh.in is a digital hand diagnosis online service. What is happening in the human body will be visible on hand. The palms’ part can show the disease; the upper hand, the back of hand, all fingers, knuckles and the nail top.”

Currently Sembuh.in site display is still showing a launch site countdown that will be done in less than a month.

Launching Soon: Proyek.in, a Stasion Malang Community Member Startup Showcase

Last week,the Facebook Group of Stasion Malang (a community of startups in Malang) was busy with a post from Revandi M (one of the stasion initiators) on the release of a media startup showcase for Stasion community special members :Proyek.in. From the information on this site, Proyek.in is a startup driver media showcase in Malang and it will be managed by the community. This is expected to help on the marketing, promotion, getting a team member or even funding side.
