Harian Kompas sendiri memenangkan Silver Award untuk kategori Tablet di ajang WAN-IFRA’s Asian Digital Media Award 2010.

Kompas, the largest newspaper syndicate in Indonesia, always tries to be the first time for everything. After becoming a pioneer for Augmented Reality, the using of QR code and making application for the BlackBerry platform and Cisco IOS, this time Compass become one of the media that presents their application for BlackBerry PlayBook, the latest tablet from Research In Motion.

Applications for this Playbook is created using WoodWing solution owned by the Dutch who have experienced more than 200 iPad applications associated with digital media. Kompas newspaper itself won the Silver Award in the category of tablet in the WAN-IFRA’s Asian Digital Media Award 2010 event.
