IdblogNetwork announced that they’ve just sealed an undisclosed series A funding from an investor, whom, according to the email we received, a prominent player of advertising industry in Indonesia. IdblogNetwork, mengabarkan telah menutup kesepakatan mendapat pendanaan seri A dari undisclosed investor. Melalui email yang dikirimkan ke redaksi, investor terbaru ini merupakan salah seorang penggiat advertising terkemuka di Indonesia. Ini merupakan pendanaan kedua yang diterima IdblogNetwork, setelah pendanaan pertama dari East Ventures tahun 2011 lalu.

idblogNetwork Launches Pay Per Lead Campaign

idblogNetwork is arguably one of advertiser networks that loyally working with bloggers and still survive. After getting funding from East Ventures in 2011, they continue to innovate and spawn new products. Last January, they launched a Pay per Sale program. This month, idblogNetwork, with Kukuh TW and Mubarik Darmayanti as its front men, released Pay Per Lead campaign for its loyal bloggers.

What is actually Pay Per Lead campaign? Pay Per Lead campaign is a mechanism where blogger who joined as publisher in idblogNetwork could do a concert ticket selling by placing a banner script available on the dashboard of each publisher’s account. For this Pay Per Lead campaign, for every ticket sold, blogger/publisher will get 3% of the transaction value as the reward.

Bulan ini, idblogNetwork yang digawangi oleh Kukuh TW dan Mubarik Darmayanti mengeluarkan kampanye Pay Per Lead untuk blogger setianya.

Apakah kampanye pay per lead ini? Mekanisme kampanye pay per lead ini adalah blogger yang sudah bergabung sebagai publisher di Idblognetwork bisa melakukan penjualan tiket konser musik dengan memasang script banner yang tersedia di dashboard akun masing masing publisher. Untuk campaign pay per lead ini, jika terjadi penjualan blogger/publisher akan mendapatkan rewards senilai 3% dari penjualan yang didapat/dari transaksi yang terjadi.

East Ventures add its investment portfolio. Now, the chosen startup is the idblogNetwork. It is a familiar name for you, isn’t it? idblogNetwork is the one and only advertising network service for blog in Indonesia in which the members are selectively chosen. Five thousands and forty three blogger has registered and there are still 6000 blogger waiting for confirmation. idblogNetwork is a favorite startup and owned by favorite founder (Kukuh TW) selected by DailySocial readers 2010.

Based on the press release, the funding (the amount is undisclosed) will be used by idblogNetwork to add the quantity and quality of the human resource, infrastructure, new digital technology improvement, products and services innovation, also to support some activities dealing with blogger in Indonesia.

Once the most popular microblogging service around, Kronologger shutting down

Another day, another startup dies. After the sad day for ArusMedia, now the grim reaper pays a visit to an old-school microblogging service, Kronologger. Founded by a serial entrepreneur Kukuh TW, who also went on and founded KumpulBlogger and IDBlogNetwork and made a decent amount of money from these two services with it’s solid business model.

Founded in 2007, it was originally named Kronologis.com and it was meant to be a weekend-hack project for Kukuh  TW, he’s a hacker type who always keep on doing something new. So when Kukuh met Budi Putra (was the CEO of Asia Blogging Network), the two decided to rebrand the service and give it a new name, Kronologger, as a more serious project under the flagship of Asia Blogging Network. Budi Putra went on leaving Asia Blogging Network for Country Editor position at Yahoo! Indonesia, which basically leaves Kronologger out there all alone in the cold. Founder of Indonesia’s Most Popular PPC AdNetwork Starts Another PPC AdNetwork

The title does sound weird, but it’s true. Kukuh TW, one of Indonesia’s successful serial entrepreneur is the founder and CEO of KumpulBlogger, a widely popular PPC Ad network with more than 120.000 publishers displaying ads. Founded in 2007, KumpulBlogger has successfully becoming Indonesia’s top PPC Ad Network with hundreds of advertisers and keep adding more and more publishers into using their service.

Until a few weeks ago, Kukuh TW announced his new startup IdBlogNetwork which is also a PPC ad network. It’s a bit confusing at first, but Kukuh explained that both KumpulBlogger and IdBlogNetwork still running under his management and that both services are targeting different type of publisher and advertiser. Kukuh claims that while KumpulBlogger targetting personal advertisers with personal bloggers as publishers, IdBlogNetwork tries to catch bigger advertisers with selected publishers to guarantee the quality of the ad itself.
