Event: SparxUp- FOWAB Mobile Commerce Seminar

SparxUp Awards and FOWAB worked together and hold events that will bring some speaker with the Mobile Commerce topic. This event is one of SparxUp event series supported by FOWAB and cooperate with Bandung Digital Valley.

The event will be held on February 24th 2012 in Bandung Digital Valley, Jl. Gegerkalong Hilir 47 Bandung. The event will be held at 15:30 to 19:25 pm.

Event: SparxUp – FOWAB dengan Tema Mobile Commerce (Updated)

SparxUp Awards dan FOWAB kembali bekerja sama dan mengadakan acara yang akan menghadirkan bebeberapa pembicara dengan tema Mobile Commerce. Acara ini merupakan acara rangkaian SparxUp yang didukung oleh FOWAB dan bekerja sama juga dengan Bandung Digital Valley.

Acara akan diadakan para tanggal 24 Februari 2012, bertempat di Bandung Digital Valley, Jl. Gegerkalong Hilir 47 Bandung. Acara akan diadakan pukul 15.30 – 19.25 WIB.

Evan Spytma: “Permainan Terbaik Berasal dari Mengkopi dan Inovasi”

Tapi jika yang mengatakannya adalah Evan Spytma, APAC Marketing Director dari Popcap Games , ini merupakan hal yang menarik untuk didiskusikan bersama. Pernyataan tersebut dikemukakan Evan saat berbicara di depan peserta SparxUp Conference 2011 yang berlangsung di Kempinski Grand Ballroom, West Mall Grand Indonesia. Popcap Games mungkin jauh lebih Anda kenal melalui permainan-permainan populer yang dihasilkannya seperti Plants vs Zombies, Bejeweled, Zuma, dan lain sebagainya.

Evan pertama kali menjelaskan tentang berdirinya Popcap Games di tahun 2000 dan memiliki tiga kantor besar di Seattle, Dublin, dan Shanghai — selain beberapa kantor lokal, misalnya di Tokyo dan Seoul. SparxUp Awards 2011 Winner List

SparxUp Awards 2011 has been in final stage. After going through judgment process, finally the SparxUp Awards winners are decided. They are divided into 8 categories. They will still compete to get the Best of the Best 2011. Last year, Gantibaju and LewatMana are chosen as The Best Rising Star and The Most Promising Startup. This year, the awarding night will be held at Kempinski Grand Ballroom, Grand Indonesia, on October 21^st , 2011.

There are three winners for each category, except for Best WAP that only has 1 winner. Totally, there are 25 startups and products awarded. They are:

Inilah Daftar Pemenang SparxUp Awards 2011

Ajang SparxUp Awards 2011 sudah mendekati babak akhir. Setelah melalui proses penjurian akhirnya dipilihlah para pemenang SparxUp Awards yang tersebar dalam delapan kategori. Mereka nantinya masih akan bertarung untuk memperebutkan Best of the Best tahun ini. Tahun lalu, Gantibaju dan LewatMana masing-masing terpilih sebagai The Best Rising Star dan The Most Promising Startup. Tahun ini, acara puncak akan digelar di Kempinski Grand Ballroom, Grand Indonesia, tanggal 21 Oktober mendatang.

Ada tiga pemenang di tiap-tiap kategori kecuali untuk Best WAP yang jatuh ke satu pemenang saja. Secara total ada 25 startups dan produk yang mendapat penghargaan. Para pemenangnya adalah sebagai berikut:

Last weekend Yogyakarta was enlivened with various events related to the world of technology and startup, DailySocial recorded at least there were 3 events held on Friday until Saturday. Here’s a brief coverage of two events held on Friday and Saturday in Yogyakarta.

Yogyakarta – SparxUp Seminar “Monetizing Mobile Advertising Age”

Last Friday, May 27, 2011 was held the SparxUp Seminar event in cooperation with Bancakan 2.0 and assisted by HIMAKOM friends at the University Club University of Gadjah Mada. Presenting the theme “Monetizing Mobile Advertising Age. ”

At the SparxUp Seminar this time, there was an additional speaker Leonard Augustinus – Indonesia Account Manager, Mobile Advertising Google as one of the main speakers. The next keynote speaker was Edo Pamungkas – Mobile Platform Manager from Merah Putih Incubator and one guest speakers namely Sigit Purnomo – Founder of Personaflag.com (Winner of SparxUp Awards for Mobile Category).

Event Report: SparxUp Seminar dan Roadshow IDBYTE 2011 di Jogja

Akhir pekan kemarin kota Jogja dimeriahkan dengan berbagai acara yang berkaitan dengan dunia teknologi dan startup, DailySocial mencatat setidaknya ada 3 event yang diselenggarakan hari Jumat sampai hari Sabtu. Berikut liputan singkat dari dua acara yang diselenggarakan hari Jumat dan Sabtu di kota Jogja.

Jogja – SparxUp Seminar “Monetizing Advertising Mobile Era”

Hari Jumat, 27 Mei 2011 kemarin, diselenggarakan acara SparxUp Seminar yang bekerja sama dengan Bancakan 2.0 dan dibantu rekan-rekan HIMAKOM di University Club Universitas Gadjah Mada. Menghadirkan tema “Monetizing Advertising Mobile Era”.

SparxUp Seminar kali ini ternyata ada tambahan pembicara yaitu Leonard Agustinus – Account Manager Indonesia, Mobile Advertising Google sebagai salah satu pembicara utama. Pembicara utama berikutnya adalah Edo Pamungkas – Mobile Platform Manager dari Merah Putih Incubator dan satu pembicara tamu yaitu Sigit Purnomo – Founder Personaflag.com (Winner of SparxUp Awards for Mobile Category).

Jogja’s Events This Weekend: SparxUp Seminar, Gamelan, and IDBYTE

Jogja will be a merrier city by this weekend thanks to three startup events. SparxUp Seminar on May 27, 2011 at University Club Gadjah – Mada University, and on the same day there will be GameDev StartUp Community Jogja – Gamelan launching at Potret Cafe, Taman Kuliner Condong Catur, Sleman. On Saturday May 28, 2011 IDBYTE will be held at STIMIK AMIKOM.

As for SparxUp, last March the seminar was held in Yogya on “Technology Trends for Digital”. This month’s SparxUp theme will be the same like FOWAB‘s theme recently, “Monetizing Mobile Advertising Era”. SparxUp Jogja this time collaborates with Bancakan 2.0 and will be assisted by friends from HIMAKOM.

The speakers will be Edo Pamungkas – Mobile Platform Manager from Merah Putih Incubator and one guest speaker Sigit Purnomo – Founder Personaflag.com (winner of SparxUp 2010for Mobile Category). The event will be held on May 27, 2011 at University Club Universitas Gadjah Mada, Jalan Pancasila No.2 Bulaksumur, Yogyakarta on 19.00-22.00 WIB.

Event SparxUp Seminar, Gamelan, dan IDBYTE Digelar di Jogja Akhir Pekan Ini

Akhir pekan kali ini, kota Jogja akan kebanjiran tiga acara di dunia startup Indonesia. Jumat besok tanggal 27 Mei 2011 akan ada SparxUp Seminar yang diselenggarakan di University Club Universitas Gadjah Mada. Di waktu yang bersamaan juga ada launching Komuitas Startup GameDev Jogja – Gamelan di Potret Cafe, Taman Kuliner Condong Catur, Sleman. Kemudian hari Sabtu tanggal 28 Mei 2011 IDBYTE akan diselenggarakan di STIMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta.

Untuk acara SparxUp, bulan maret lalu Seminar digelar di Jogja dengan tema “Technology Trends for Digital”. Sedangkan bulan ini SparxUp akan digelar dengan tema sama seperti sebelumnya yang digelar FOWAB beberapa waktu yang lalu, yaitu “Monetizing Mobile Advertising Era”. SparxUp di Jogja kali ini bekerja sama dengan Bancakan 2.0 dan dibantu rekan-rekan HIMAKOM.

SparxUp Seminar kali ini akan menghadirkan satu pembicara utama dan satu pembicara tamu sebagai perwakilan pemenang SparxUp Awards 2010. Untuk pembicara utamanya adalah Edo Pamungkas – Mobile Platform Manager dari Merah Putih Incubator dan pembicara tamu akan dibawakan oleh Sigit Purnomo – Founder Personaflag.com (Winner of SparxUp Awards for Mobile Category).

Well it’s time for FOWAB #5 already. This routine event will be held on March 19, 2011 at S28 Café & Resto, Jl. Sulanjana 28 Bandung 17.00-22.00. This time they will talk about “Technology Trends for Digital” together with SparxUp.

The speakers will be Muqorrobien Marufi (Enterprise Software Architect) as first speaker, Rama Mamuaya* (DailySocial) as second speaker, and guest speaker from Orori.com/LoveBunch as representative of SparxUp winner.
