Dalam tiga bulan kehadirannya BeeTalk sudah mengklaim pendaftaran tiga juta pengguna dan menargetkan sepuluh juta pengguna di Indonesia dalam jangka waktu setahun.

Layanannya yang telah lama hadir di tanah air HotelsCombined membantu para wisatawan untuk membandingkan harga kamar dari ribuan hotel terdaftar. Nama Berniaga nantinya sekarang secara penuh digantikan OLX, termasuk untuk urusan situs, aplikasi, dan platform yang selama ini digunakan. Data-data Berniaga nantinya dipindahkan ke basisdata OLX.

The Merger Plan between JobsdB and JobStreet Is Finally Approved

Fatfish Internet Announced $200,000 Funding for HargaHot

Fatfish Internet Group announced a $200 thousand (around Rp 2,5 billion) funding to be given to PT Mitra Cipta Teknologi that operates HargaHot. The funding, which was completed through PT Dragon Commerce Indonesia (Dragon Commerce), Fatfish’s subsidiary in Indonesia, is converted into 56% of Mitra Citra’s shares, making Fatfish as the company’s major stakeholder. LivingSocial Indonesia Re-Uses Ensogo’s Domain

In line with its decision of selling ex-Ensogo LivingSocial’s property in Southeast Asia to iBuy Group last April, LivingSocial Indonesia is now using Ensogo’s entity as its domain address. However, unlike its ‘siblings’ in Thailand and the Philippines which use the name of Ensogo straight away, the startup decides to keep using the LivingSocial brand in Indonesia. FasaPay Gets Included into FSA’s List of Problematic Companies (UPDATED)

This is about, again and again, the troublesome FasaPay. This time, the startup gets included into a list of total 262 problematic companies released by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
