Pihaknya menilai potensi social commerce masih sangat besar dengan estimasi nilai pasar $90 miliar pada 2028. Berdasarkan laporan “The Social Commerce Landscape in Indonesia” oleh Populix, sebanyak 86% responden di Indonesia pernah berbelanja di media sosial di mana TikTok Shop (45%) menjadi platform yang paling sering digunakan, diikuti WhatsApp (21%), Facebook Shop (10%), dan Instagram Shop (10%). 

Sementara, Managing Partner di 1982 Ventures Scott Krivokopich menambahkan, “Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan populasi paling terhubung secara digital, memiliki adopsi social commerce yang luar biasa. Yang sedang kami coba atasi di sini adalah bagaimana Orderfaz mencoba sesuatu yang berbeda di pasar. Kami bersemangat bekerja dengan tim Orderfaz sambil membangun solusi inovatif untuk social commerce di Indonesia.”

Konversi penjualan dan omnichannel

Dalam wawancara terpisah dengan DailySocial.id, CEO Orderfaz Reynaldi Gandawidjaja mengungkap, salah satu masalah utama yang sering dialami oleh pelaku social commerce di Indonesia adalah konversi penjualan yang spesifik.

Menurutnya, ada dua cara agar pelaku usaha social commerce dapat mengonversi calon pembeli menjadi penjualan, yakni melalui kanal WhatsApp dan order form. “Kami menyediakan kedua solusi ini untuk mempermudah deal closing dari digital market atau penjual social commerce. Jadi, lead yang masuk tidak gagal terkonversi,” ungkap Reynaldi.

Orderfaz menghadirkan fitur Smart WhatsApp Keyboard bagi penjual untuk menyelesaikan pemesanan pembeli dengan mudah, yang disesuaikan karakter unik pasar Indonesia di mana transaksi online diselesaikan lewat WhatsApp. Fitur ini mencakup rincian pemesanan, invoice, dan tautan product checkout untuk pembeli di WhatsApp.

Pihaknya mengklaim tingkat konversi penjualan penggunanya sudah terlihat dengan persentase bervariasi, dari 30% sampai 200%. Saat ini, sudah ada 600 penjual bergabung ke Orderfaz dalam dua bulan pertama usai peluncuran. Targetnya, jumlah pengguna naik dua kali lipat dalam beberapa bulan ke depan.

Lebih lanjut, Orderfaz berencana mengembangkan marketplace omnichannel untuk mengelola pemesanan di Orderfaz maupun mitra e-commerce pihak ketiga, seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok. Orderfaz juga akan membuat program customer loyalty untuk reward reliable buyers.

“Tidak semua penjual di e-commerce, seperti Tokopedia atau Shopee) juga social media seller. Namun, hampir semua social commerce seller merupakan e-commerce seller juga. Untuk itu, kami sedang mengintegrasikan e-commerce, seperti TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia) agar manajemen order user kami dapat terintegrasi di satu tempat.”

Orderfaz berupaya menyederhanakan proses pembelian lewat One-Click Checkout melalui plug-in browser di mana penjual melacak rekam jejak transaksi pembeli untuk menghindari risiko penipuan. Orderfaz juga menyediakan wadah berjejaring bagi pemilik brand agar dapat saling berbagi pengalaman, tips, dan trik berjualan sebagai digital marketer atau melalui media sosial
